Lisa is a passionate innovator in financial technology and deep tech, dedicated to fostering customer-centric innovation through cross-functional collaboration and strategic global partnerships.
As Director of the QAI Ventures Accelerator in Singapore, Lisa plays a key role in building the Global QuantumAI Ecosystem, positioning Singapore as a launchpad for entrepreneurial traction and startup growth in Asia. Through her venture-building and accelerator activities, she supports founders at the intersection of quantum, AI, and advanced computing, helping them translate cutting-edge technologies into scalable commercial success.
With extensive experience across Asia and Europe, Lisa has led early-stage AI product evaluations at UBS Singapore and built the Singapore office of vestr, a Swiss FinTech startup. She previously spearheaded startup incubation efforts at Tenity (formerly F10), nurturing over 50 startups and expanding the FinTech ecosystem across both continents.
Since moving to Singapore in 2020, Lisa has been an active contributor to the Singapore FinTech ecosystem and was recognized as a FinTech Leader Under 30 for two consecutive years by the Singapore FinTech Association and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Aalto University (Finland) and a BA in British and American Studies from the University of Konstanz (Germany).
