Dr. Angelina Frank is the Head of Science & Technology APAC at QAI Ventures in Singapore leading efforts to catalyse quantum innovation across the Asia Pacific region. She holds a PhD from the Centre for Quantum Technologies, Singapore, and an MSc from The University of Tokyo, Japan.With a wide background spanning research, industry, and community building,
Angelina has been facilitating quantum ecosystems in both national and global context. Besides her industry experience in product and partnership management with Horizon Quantum, she has served as a speaker, lecturer, and committee chair for numerous initiatives advancing quantum literacy, national strategy dialogues, and the responsible development of quantum technologies.With a passion for research and ecosystem building, Angelina advocates for inter-disciplinary collaboration and inclusive networks that drive meaningful science and competitive innovation in the quantum space.
