The live, in-person event will take place during the Q2B24 Tokyo conference.

During the competition, selected Quantum Technology startups will pitch to a group of investors for a golden ticket to the QAI Ventures Speed Dating. This can lead to participation in the early-stage quantum tech startup QAI Accelerator and up to CHF 200k investment. The pitch competition participants are subject to terms and conditions.

Rules and Selection Criteria

Interested early-stage quantum startups can apply to pitch by submitting the completed application form online.  Any startup focusing on Quantum solutions that has raised less than $5M in funding is eligible to apply, or those in the pre-seed or seed level funding stage.

The contest is open to the public; participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participants authorize the Competition organizers to contact them via email. Late application submissions will not be accepted.

A participating applicant/startup that makes it to the Pitch competition stage must participate in the Pitch to be eligible to receive any award. Scores rendered by the judges will not be disclosed to the Competition participants, and the judges’ decisions are final and not subject to review.

Applications will be evaluated on their uniqueness, feasibility, financial viability, and market desirability. Eight finalists will be selected to pitch live at the in-person event on July 24-25, 2024.

The deadline to submit a pitch application for consideration is Sunday, June 16th, 2024, at 24:00 CEST.
