The qConnect 2024 Solutions Showcase allows you to pitch your quantum solution in a concise 5-minute presentation. You will have the attention of industry leaders, potential partners, and end-users from Canada and beyond as you demonstrate how your company is tackling real industry challenges.

Format:
October 2 and 3, 2024, at the TELUS Convention Centre, Calgary, Alberta. The showcase will take place in person. One speaker on a stage. A 5-minute presentation to summit attendees. PowerPoint presentations will be supported.
Travel Bursary:
Invited companies can apply for a travel bursary, which will be awarded through a competitive application process.
Eligibility:
Location: Companies from across the world are invited to apply.
Company stage: Startups and companies at various stages of development, from early stages to more established entities, could be eligible to participate.
Solution: Solutions should demonstrate tangible benefits, such as improved efficiency, cost savings, enhanced performance, or novel capabilities, and be at a stage of development where they are ready to be presented to potential industry partners or investors.
Relevance to industry challenges: Solutions that directly address industry challenges and have the potential for practical application in real-world scenarios should be prioritized. Solutions relevant to Alberta’s energy, agriculture, aviation/logistics, and financial services will be prioritized.
Quantum technology focus: Companies with quantum computing, sensing, and communication solutions are eligible.
Feasibility and scalability: Innovative, feasible, and scalable solutions for broader adoption are eligible. This ensures that the showcased solutions have the potential for real-world impact and long-term sustainability.
About qConnect 2024:
A unique two-day summit in Calgary, qConnect connects over 300 participants, including industry leaders and quantum creators, with prospective users of their technology. The programming includes inspiring presenters and panels that will explore potential applications of quantum technologies in health, energy, and sustainable cities.
qConnect 2024 offers a dynamic platform for industry leaders, government representatives, and stakeholders worldwide to converge and explore the transformative potential of quantum applications while engaging with quantum creators whose technologies will disrupt - and improve - industries in the years ahead.

If you want to highlight your solution during the qConnect 2024 Solutions Showcase, please email your pitch by Friday, June 28, using a deck of no more than 10 slides. Please also include in your email the name of your presenter, phone, email, company name, location, size, website, LinkedIn, and a written description of your solution (250 words max).
In addition to the pitch deck, we ask that each participant provide a 1-page maximum technical summary of their approach. This summary should outline the basic technical aspects of their proposed solution concerning quantum technologies. We understand the need to protect proprietary information, so we encourage participants to include references to academically published studies that support their proposed quantum solution.
The Showcase space is limited; you will be informed by July 15 if your company has been selected.
